Shipping Policy (ONTARIO Only)

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping

Canada Post provides up to $100 liability coverage on all shipments. For orders exceeding $100 in value please contact us at hello@rebelblast.com before placing your order to arrange additional coverage

Shipping Rates (Ontario Only) We offer tiered flat-rate standard shipping to keep things simple:

  • Orders up to $100: $12.99 Flat Rate

  • Orders $101 – $249: $14.99 Flat Rate

  • Orders $250 and up: FREE SHIPPING (All thresholds are calculated on the subtotal before taxes).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or mail forwarding issues, courier errors or lost, held, or damaged orders. Any costs associated with packages turned over to Canada Post transfers to the buyer. 

Should you not receive your order, please submit a claim to Canada Post.
